I didn't get my license key

The key is sent to the email address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Check your spam or junk folder. If it isn't there, write to us with the email used for the purchase and we'll resend it.

Activating your license

1. Open OneTerm (download it here if you don't have it yet).
2. Go to Help → License…
3. Paste the key and click Activate license.

The license is validated on your computer, with no internet connection required.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Just email [email protected] with the email used for the purchase. See the Terms of sale.

Bugs

To report a bug, tell us what happened, your OneTerm version (shown in the app's status bar) and your system (Windows or Linux). If the app closes unexpectedly, attach the crash.log file from the app's data folder.
