What you buy

A OneTerm license, which removes the limits of the unlicensed version (unlimited projects, connections and tunnels). It is a one-time payment: there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Use of the software is governed by the End-user license agreement (EULA, in Portuguese).

The license is not tied to one computer and covers current and future OneTerm versions.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the website and on the checkout page: US$ 5 (R$ 25 in Brazil). Payments are processed by Stripe, by credit or debit card. We never have access to your card details.

Delivery

The license is a digital product. The key is sent automatically to the email address entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes after the payment is confirmed. If it doesn't arrive, see the Support page.

Refunds

You can cancel your purchase within 7 days of payment, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with the email used for the purchase; the full amount is refunded to the original payment method and the license is revoked. After that period, we consider refund requests case by case, for example when the software doesn't work on your computer and we can't fix it.

Support is provided by email, as described on the Support page.

Privacy

Data used for the purchase is handled according to the Privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the consumer rights granted by the law of the country where you live.
